RETURN POLICY If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product please place a new order online and return the original item(s) for a full refund. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable with the exception of receiving a faulty or wrong item from us. Please return items to: Faulty or Wrong Item Received If the order you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please send us an e-mail at returns@mamasanmaternity.com listing your name, address and order number, along with the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then contact you on how to proceed with the return. Please allow 3 working days from the receipt of a return for us to process a refund. We will send you an e-mail letting you know that your account has been credited. After receiving this e-mail please allow another 5 - 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If you are requesting a replacement item you will receive an email from us once the item has shipped out. Return Postage If you are returning* a non-faulty item to us for a refund then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the package for the value of the items. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@mamasanmaternity.com listing your name, address, order number and the details of the fault/mistake. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. *Important Note: Please respect our return/exchange policies and do not send items back past the specified time or in poor condition. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or are worn, washed, damaged or arrive in poor condition will not be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and attached tags. If there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed your item(s) will be returned to you at your cost. |
