Part of Order Missing

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please e-mail us at customerservice@mamasanmaternity.com stating your name, address, order number and the missing item. We will investigate the matter further and respond to you in an e-mail.

Canceling An Order

To cancel an order, simply send us an e-mail at returns@mamasanmaternity.com and explain the situation. It's important to contact us as soon as possible as our shipping turnaround time tends to go quickly. In addition, if your order has already been shipped you are obligated to cover shipping costs.

Status Of An Order

To check the status of an order, simply send us an e-mail at customerservice@mamasanmaternity.com

Duplicate Charge On Card

Chances are you haven't been charged twice. If you process your order (i.e. click the submit button) more than once you may have been declined for one transaction while the other has gone through. When a card is declined your bank will hold on to funds for up to three business days, after which they are automatically reverted back into your account. The first step is to call your bank and find out when those funds will be available to you. If you discover that MamaSan Maternity Apparel indeed has mistakenly charged you twice, don't hesitate to e-mail us at customerservice@mamasanmaternity.com. We will refund your account immediately.

MamaSan, Inc. does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We take your privacy seriously and keep your information confidential.

AVAILABILITY

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will e-mail to inform you and charge your credit card only for the amount of the available items.

COLORS

We do our best to accurately represent our items. However, as we have no control over our customer's monitor settings (colors, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colors will be exactly as they appear on your screen.

E-MAIL GIFT CERTIFICATES (E-GIFT CERTIFICATE)

1. Redemption

Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's e-Gift Certificate account until redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment method. MamaSan may provide e-Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of certificates that they purchase. The risk of loss and title for E-mail Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser or recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if an e-Gift Certificate is stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate e-mail addresses at time of purchasing an E-mail Gift Certificate.

4. Fraud

MamaSan, Incorporated will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on mamasanmaternity.com or misopunk.com.
