International Shipping Rate:  Varies between $15-25usd depending on order weight

All orders within the Continental United States are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Packages arrive within 7 - 12 USPS working days. Orders shipped to Canada and other International countries will also be shipped via USPS International and usually arrive in 10 - 21 days. 




MamaSan and Miso Punk offer worldwide shipping. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail and generally arrive within 10-21 days. There are circumstances where packages may be delayed in Customs due to inspections or tax levied. In these cases we recommend you contact your local customs office, as these situations are beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped you will be notified via e-mail with your Customs Form number. USPS First Class International Mail does not offer tracking number information.

^ Customs Fees and Delivery Delay
Please note - customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. In addition, International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. Shipping Specials
We commonly have shipping specials available to various countries. E-mail to inquire about our current specials.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in the original condition** within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (less original shipping & gift-wrapping charges) upon receipt and examination**. Unfortunately, mailing & gift-wrapping charges, as well as sale items are non-refundable with the exception of receiving a defective or wrong item from us. If you require a different product and/or size exchange please place a new order online and return the original item(s) for a full refund. Please keep the following conditions in mind when making a return

  • Allow 7 working days from the receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification that your account has been credited.
  • Allow another 5 - 10 working days after e-mail notification for the refund to be credited to your account. (This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control).
  • Refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
  • Sale items are considered final sale.


Return Postage
If you are returning a non-faulty item for a refund then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the package for the value of the items.


Defective or Wrong Item Received
If the order you received is defective or is not what you originally ordered, please send us an e-mail at listing your name, address and order number, along with the details of the fault/mistake and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If you request a replacement item you will receive an e-mail from us once the item has shipped.


If you're not 100% satisfied with the gift you received we'll be happy to exchange** it for another size or an item of equivalent price value. To make a gift exchange (ONLY) please send us an e-mail at listing your name, address and order number, along with the details of the item(s) you do not want and indicate your alternative choice(s). We will then advise on how to proceed with the gift exchange. Please note: Return shipping to and from our facility is customer responsibility.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Please respect our return/exchange policies and do not send item(s) back past the specified time or in poor condition. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or are worn, washed, damaged or arrive in poor condition will not be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and attached tags. If there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed your item(s) will be returned to you at your cost. By shopping with us you have agreed to the Return & Exchange Policies stated above.
